HOW INCONSISTENCY EFFECT YOUR BUSINESS NEGATIVELY.
I'm the world worst consumer. I don't buy much myself and I don't spend any time shopping for fun, because for me it's not fun, so when I do shop, I take notice, and that truly does make me the worst consumer.
This means I have high expectations. I expect "things " to happen all the time, every time. Because of this, I thought I would share a word with you about THE VALUE OF CONSISTENCY, and the impact it has on your sales, both directly and indirectly.
INCONSISTENCY in business affects all of us every day in some way. It's just that we usually call it something else, like service or poor product or something other than the fact that we compare one visit to the next.
But consider this.
If your doctor gives you an incorrect diagnosis, is it poor service?
If you go to your usual restaurant and the food is bad, is it poor product?
If your favourite dry cleaner suddenly damage one of your most cherished garments, is it poor product knowledge?
In all cases the answer would be YES! on that occasion, at least. However, it may have been just once-off event. They were having a bad day, a product was tainted, a new employee made a mistake, whatever. In short, they were inconsistent, that's all, and they slipped off, once.
WITH THAT IN MIND CONSIDER THIS....
Would you go back to doctor when he is playing with your life? Would you risk some friends to the restaurant again when you don't really know if the food is going to be ok, leaving you to look silly? Would you risk the new suit you at the dry cleaners again on the offer they made the mistake twice?
You see, service, product, location, value and all of the things we have learned in business are important. BUT if of these things are not present in your business everyday, then you are losing customers everyday that they don't appear.
So what if it doesn't appear everyday, how do you combat that?
First, you put performance indicators in your business to make sure you a check list of some kind that these things are present, something with which you can gauge the effectiveness of the elements of your business that directly affect your customers.
Second, make sure you have a plan in place to help you out if something go wrong. If you do have a day when the wheels fall off, make sure you know how to 'make good ' and at least, salvage the situation. If you don't, you have not only lost that customer, you have lost the ten potential customers your unsatisfied customer would have brought. They would share their negative experience and that would discourage them to patronize your product.

The cracked floor represents a breakthrough through diligence and perseverance. The volume of the cracked floor depicts life challenges. The volume leaves a visual impression on how hard one had to hit at the floor before it eventually crack .
*The floor has been smooth without the breakthrough. No breakthrough , no reward of a charming beautiful face (success ). To break through new grounds focus is a key. distract you. Life is full of distractions. Before break through takes place FOCUS is needed. One needs diligence to accomplish great task, great dreams and potentials in life. One of my mentors, Tony Robbin says "WHERE FOCUS FLOWS ENERGY GOES " most people are not patient enough to get to the greatness they envision. They pick up a task to work on themselves in getting better, smarter, richer more eloquent in their communication skills within the 4th to 5th month they give uo. How can you be a world champion with just 5months test... Keep at it. Don't quit in your making process. The book of proverbs says : seeth thou a MAN DILIGENT in his work, he shall stand before great men and not mere men.
DILIGENCE means to repeatedly do a task UNTILL you win. In most cases great men set a LIFE long goal of diligence towards their accomplishments. Success is a journey not a destination, therefore vision abounds.
Crack the hardened floor open that's where your treasure is...
There are some ethics we have learnt from our parents that are still life principles for success.
I. Do your housework before you play.
ii. Eat your food before you eat your desserts.
iii. No pain no gain.
iv. Wash plate before you eat.
When ever I see good cars drive by, good houses and multi-million factory or company owned by genuine means I become fascinated by the amount of diligence such owners had put in to achieve all that.
Hard work creates temporal pain while laziness creates life long regret.
Do not quite too soon, keep hitting the ground, create your crack,.. Hit until your treasure has no reason not to reveal its self to you.
If your spiritual life is not as you wanted, persevere, pray even why you don't feel like until it becomes a habit.
Diligence hitting at a task creates cracks while cracks makes the opening to your BEAUTY WITHIN...

An African proverb says that, Experience says it all,life is a great teacher. The life we live here on earth is like a school. It's is also like a class room as well as a teacher to those who recognizes that. Humans learn life lessons.
Here is the truth, wether you have the knowledge or not we are in a school called life, each day is a lesson to be learned. Wether you are prepared to take life classes and lessons or not, each day that roll by is a lesson either learnt or ignored at ones perils. Life rewards those who recognized that they are in the school called life with "WEALTH OF EXPERIENCES" while those who ignore life lessons,they become bereft of information which makes them POOR.

However, there are some symbolic meanings in this work of art that I titled "WEALTH OF EXPERIENCE "
there are four human figures in the art work. Three of the human figures are CHILDREN while in their midst is an OLD WOMAN.
The old woman symbolizes EXPERIENCED OLD GENERATION while the CHILDREN symbolizes YOUNGER GENERATION That depends on the "WEALTH OF EXPERIENCE" of the OLDER GENERATION to fulfill their purpose, attain SUCCESS & make there dreams come through.
TAKE NOTE: The OLD WOMAN as represented in the work symbolizes An Experienced source of knowledge. She has had the good, the bad, the ugly life has thrown at her. She has gone through the school of life which in record is her greatest teacher.
The wrinkles on her face are symbolic.
Each of the wrinkles depicts the lesson life has taught her which no one can bereft her of the everlasting lessons she has learned for the good of mankind...
The wrinkles on her face says it all of the ever impacting unwritten story to be shared to the benefit of the younger generation .

IN YOUR EVERYDAY BUSINESS
There are so many businesses ,careers, the use of talent and skills, investment opportunities that have all failed due to lack of character. No matter how skillful, industrious an individual is, without character, he/she will achieve little or no success in business. Regrettably many pay more attention to business and career development without character development.
What is character?
Character, according to English dictionary means, a distinguishing feature, a complex of mental ethical trait, marking a person or group.
Character is the most essential factor for any good success. The person you are today, your innermost character,is sum total of your choices and decisions in life up to this moment. Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote, "what you do speaks so loudly that I cannot hear a word that you say.
When I say character I also mean a person of integrity in this context. Integrity makes you responsible and reliable by people around you .
Here are ways for character development.
1. It is learnable. The good news is that character can be developed with time.
Proverbs 11:3 says "the integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity.

HOW TO PROGRAM YOUR SELF FOR SUCCESS
Computer 💻 has an operating system called an input and an output. The out-put is determined by the in-put. Computer is programmed. It gives back what it was programmed with. Computer accepts command, process it and give back as the out-put. Research has revealed that the human mind has larger memory space than any technology device made by mankind. Machine may be smart but not more creative than the human. However for the human mind to achieve success and happiness it must be programmed. Most people have planned, set goals and had set targets but they never achieved. The reason is because they have not programmed their minds for success. You must have your mind programmed for success before you become successful.
HERE ARE SIMPLE PRACTICE TO PROGRAM YOUR MIND FOR SUCCESS.
1. HAVE A STRONG EMOTIONAL DESIRE :. if you don't have deep emotional reason why you want to achieve something in life, the truth is that you simply will not. You can not. Your brain listens to your necessary deeper reason to get you motivated to overcome anxiety and doubt when they come. When you aimed at achieving the things you never achieved before you need what the scientists called " the switch cost" it means to completely change the way you think. Change from your usual way of thinking.
2. MAINTAIN FOCUS :. Focus is so powerful that it gets any goal achieved . Tony Robbin said that, "where focus goes, energy flows ".
This is the highest form of programming for me, "when the things you said to happen has to happen as the results of your mind shift backed with actions " Be in control of your mind don't let your mind control you. Be in charge.
3. IMPROVE YOUR MIND AND ABILITIES : Drive your self to improve your mind and abilities. You can never know the extent of your abilities until you give yourself responsibility. RESPONSIBILITY simply means, "RESPONSE TO YOUR ABILITY" when you put it together it becomes RESPONSIBILITY. Abilities are responded to that MAKES YOU RESPONSIBLE! You have what it takes to respond to challenges that comes to you.
4. BE DISCONTENT WITH ANY THING THAT IS NOT EXCELLENT: Excellence is not birthed in action, it is in attitude. Cultivate the attitude of excellence, and all your actions becomes excellent. Make up your mind to be the best in what you do. In this Blog site, I shared the storey of my life journey from zero to a hero in my career in the article titled " FACTORS FOR ACHIEVING YOUR BEST LIFE!
5. DO AWAY WITH YOUR PAST RESULTS: Don't let your past results dictate who you are. Your past experiences and results are just what you have done NOT WHO YOU ARE. YOU HAVE NOT DREAM your BEST DREAM YET. You have not accomplished your best target yet. Your better version is yet to be unleashed to this world . You have not sang your best song yet. You have not won your best awards yet. You are yet to make your highest money. Be grateful for how far you have come in life and no matter how little you think you have accomplished. This would push you to achieving more when your target 🎯 is set. Disconnect with your past, you now have all it takes to make history in your generation!
Think beyond your usual way of thinking , you have not lived your best life yet.

You are an amazing person created by God.
When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at would change. This is very true. When you change your thoughts your world would get changed. When you change your expectations you would become astonished at your realities. When I was in the high school, I had poor grades in most of my subjects. I was not bothered because I thought that, that was the best I could accomplish. I was quite satisfied with that. Something amazing happened to me that has changed my life. I read a book titled "NO EXCUSE " by one of my mentors, BRIAN TRACY that " You can not change what you are comfortable with until you become uncomfortable with your poor performances you will never have them changed." I decided to become uncomfortable with my poor grades. I CHANGED MY THOUGHTS! I got into the university and I made making the best grades my habit. All that I always do was to be the best in the things that I wanted to do. I changed MY thoughts and my world has changed. I graduated as the BEST GRADUATING STUDENT IN FINE ART department 2016 with an award. I won the BEST ARTIST OF THE YEAR IN NIGERIA (NHIA)2016.
I won the BEST YOUTH ENTREPRENEUR AWARDS while I was in the university 2014.
I am living my BEST LIFE as I run towards a better one in the future. I am successful in the stage that I am in now while I aim for the next level.
HERE ARE NINE (9) FACTORS THAT WILL HELP YOU TO ACHIEVE YOUR BEST LIFE.
1. EDUCATION : Educate yourself. Invest back into your self. Buy books, go to seminars, start learning. Upgrade your mind and thought. The highest paid people are those who learn more and know more. Learning more makes you to know more. You will be respected and paid more because you know more.
jim Rohhn said, "formal education will make you a living while personal education will make you rich".
2.SKILL: Being talented is not a enough but when you turn it into skills. Skill is a processed talent. When you develop your self through training, reading, listening to audio books you are gradually turning your talent into skill. You would become more attractive and influential by being skillful not being talented alone.
3. YOUR NETWORK WITH PEOPLE : An environment determine how an organism lives, behaves and acts. The circle of friends you move with form part of your environment, they dictates your behaviors and actions. Choose a good network of people.
4. MONEY : Have money set aside for future opportunities. No wonder the rich get richer while the poor get poorer. The rich always have money set aside for investment and opportunities while the poor spend all they get.
5. GOOD WORK HABIT : Developing a good work habit required that you think through before you work. 1minute of planning saves 10minutes of time for execution. Plan before you take actions. Before I make any painting as an artist that I am, I would see to it completion in my mind. When ever I visualize my intended drawing OR painting I make them in a shorter space of time.
6. A POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE : Nobody makes you feel anything ,you only think in the direction of your choice. Things are as good as the way you interpret them, positively or negatively. Choose rightly.
7. DEVELOPMENT OF A HEALTHY SELF IMAGE: People judge you the way that you appear. Don't say that it doesn't matter. You judge others too the way their appearances are. Look good, it adds to your self esteem. It gives good impression about you to others. Take time to groom your self.
8. CREATIVITY: look for new ways and faster means to get your job done effectively. I don't mean unprincipled short cuts. Work smartly.
9. YOUR CHARACTER : Good character, honesty and integrity is the foundation for relationships. Create good character with your, customers, friends, family members people in general.

FACTORS FOR ACHIEVING YOUR BEST LIFE.
PART 1.
There are many ways we can achieve all that we want in life. It's all begin with the way we chose to think. If you want to achieve things differently you must you must have a mind shift today to think differently. Master your thoughts and emotions by choosing the positive way to think. Make progress, be conscious of it and take steps towards your future. Have a clear picture of who you want to be. What would you like to be known as. Have a clear vision of your future. If you can't see it clearly, you can achieve it. The good news is that you have the ability to create one for yourself self. Jim Ron said, "you can't get from here to there except that you know where here and there begins". Go for what you want to achieve and not going for what is obtainable. Go for big dreams, big dreams attracts big people. Tony Robbin said, "massive action is the cure for the fear of the future" go for your wealth. I wrote a book on wealth creation that I titled "GO FOR YOUR WEALTH " I discussed in that book that we all have a bright future but "you must go for it " take the risk to move towards your vision. Failure is the price for success. For the fact that you tried and failed is an indication that you are making a move. You are better than those who don't want to try anything at all due to the fear of failure. Try again until you succeed. Learn new creative methods in achieving your goals. Learning is the beginning of wealth. Learning is the beginning of life change. Don't be lazy towards learning if you need your life to become better. I am a living proof for this point. The quality of my life have become better as a result of learning new things. I am Ugwu Samuel N. known for making art works. I decided not to get myself stereotyped to making drawings and paintings solely. I improved my learning culture and I am now doing better in using my skills of drawing and painting along side writing motivational messages to inspire others such as this.

But here is what is constant in all forms of people Success: "HAPPINESS " Every successful person is happy over their accomplishments. Happiness is the measurement for success. Successful people are happy people. If you are not happy in your every day success do something else that would make you feel happy when you achieve it. Be happy towards your little accomplishment as you move towards your bigger goals.

one hour per day makes the difference. One hour well put into use can set you above your equals. Just one hour extra effort can add extra to your ordinary for you to become extra-ordinary being. The difference between the extra-ordinary and the ordinary is just the prefix word "extra" extra effort have a great impact to make your life become more productive than ever before. The difference between the achievers and failures is the "extra" time effort and will the put into what they chase after.
Self development is the quality of leaders. Those who have continual personal development are at the lead in their field. Readers are leaders but not all leaders are readers.
THE EFFECTIVE USE OF ONE HOUR PER DAY TO BECOME SUCCESSFUL.
1. READ FOR ONE HOUR PER DAY : Decide to pick up a book and read for an hour per day. Reading is not easy but it's simple. Many people procrastinate reading . The reason why we have few leaders is as a result of poor reading culture by many. Become part of the few leaders by becoming the few ones who discipline themselves to read. One hour of consistent reading can help you cover a book per week. Despite your activities, saving one hour at night or morning time to read creates more money for you.
When you read at least one hour per day on a book in your field of career, by 3years you will be at the Top in your field. By 5years of diligence in study you would become a national authority and by the 7th year you would have become one of the best in the world. Just One hour of diligence in study will make you very successful in your career.
2. INVEST BACK INTO YOUR SELF. The best place to invest your money is not the bank, not on stocks, not in real estate but it is on your personal development. Self development is the best form of investment you can make. When you invest back into your self you will become wiser to make a investment plan. Invest at least 3% of your money in buying materials for your personal development. About 10% of adults engaged themselves in their life long personal development. 20% has managed to just read 1 book in the last 5 years while 70% person have not read at all. Most of them don't even know the nearest Book Shop in their area.
3. DO YOU KNOW THIS FACT? When you read 1 hour per day, in a week you might have read a book, 50 books per year and 500 books in the next 10years. An increased in knowledge will definitely get you an increased in your financial life. If you want to increase your income increase your knowledge. Those Who don't read have flat rate in their income. The few ones that reads have kept increasing their income weekly, monthly and yearly.
I have just shared with you the principle that have helped me and so many world achievers to make them happen. Bill Gates, as rich as he is right now, he still make out time to read at least an hour per day. Warren Buffet does that too.

WAYS TO MAKE YOUR DAY PRODUCTIVE
When I was a kid, my peers and I used to playfully boast of how we would ride our dream cars, but as days go into months, and months go into years most of them no longer keep their dreams in mind. How you choose to use your time is what creates your reality. What each and everyone of us do with our days is what determines the quality of our lives.
I still believe in my dreams. I have them alive because I have been making progress in the right and positive directions towards having it achieved. My every day prayer is like that of David in the Bible that says "...teach us to number our days o God that we may apply our heart unto wisdom".psalms 90:12. Life is too short to waste away precious time. I try to make the best use of my time to avoid any regret in the future. You can lie to everyone that you are using your time well, but there is one person you can't lie to, the man on the mirror. Your self is that man that you will find on the mirror. You can't lie to yourself. Guilt of wasting your time will come on you. The time you have left use it well.
HERE IS HOW YOU TO MAKE YOUR TIME COUNT.
1. MAP OUT A DAILY PLAN: Plan your day. Every single 1 minute of planning saves 10 minutes of execution. The best form of making progress is a progress made towards the right directions. Making progress is not as important as making it towards achieving your dreams and visions.
Before you go to bed plan your next day. Have your day finished in your plan before you have it started. When ever you fail to plan the night before, map out the plan firstly when you wake up before any other thing. Planning your day on paper helps you think on a higher level. It helps you become clear about what you really need to accomplish before the end of the day.
2. SET PRIORITY ON YOUR LIST: when you have two or more activities on your to-do list search out for the most important task to you. Ask your self the importance of your most important task. Stay with your most important tasks until you have it finished.
3. PICK ONE MOST IMPORTANT TASK. when you have identity your most important task, stay on it until you have it finished. Move to the next task, stay on it until you have it finished. When you spend your day like this, for days, weeks, months and years you would become amazed at how much you have achieved within a short space of time.
You will become productive With this steps well and consistently used.

The biggest poison to the human mind is worry. Many people mistake worrying for thinking. Though the words seem alike they are far different from each other. Worrying is destructive while thinking is constructive. Worrying leads to depression while thinking leads to cerebration.
Many people who worry today never had the intention to go into it. They just found themselves entangled with worry. They thought themselves into it until the sank into depression.
Any body can become a victim of worry. The clerk and the clergy worry, the university professor and the year one student worry. The young and the old worry. The beauty and the beast worry.
The famous and the feeble worry.
WHAT IS WORRY? Worry means feeling of deep anxiety towards the past experiences, present or unseen future .
WHAT IS THINKING? Thinking is a logical,creative and systematic approach to situations so as to arrive at a desired result.
Nobody can achieve anything in life by worrying,. Never! But creative and inspirational thought creates success.
HERE ARE THE WAYS TO ELIMINATE WORRY AND RECONDITION YOUR MIND FOR THINKING.
1. LEARN TO LET GO: if you have disappointed ones trust, failed in your expected results, missed an important opportunity or loose an investment gain please forgive yourself self and let it go. You have many opportunities ahead of you. Let your past be your past indeed because you can't change your past. Be the best friend to your self, smile and laugh at your mistakes and praise your self for giving it a try in the first place. Millions of people wouldn't have the courage to try what you did. If you were embarrassed, insulted disappointed or betrayed forgive the people involved and the causes. Let it go. You are bigger than your past. Life is too short to waste time dwelling in the past!
As an artist that I am, worry is a threat to my creative mind. I hardly make any good drawing and painting in distress. What I do every day is to forgive myself for my mistakes and forgive others for their dispositions towards me . I would let them go. When ever I do this my creative mind becomes vitalised.
It works, try it. It will work for you.
2. DO NOT COMPARE YOU LEVEL OF SUCCESS TO OTHERS:
some times in life when you see your age mates with luxury houses, cars, amenities etc. You feel intimidated. You don't need to be intimidated . The person is not you and you are not him/her. You are you. The best form of comparison is self. Compare yourself with who you were last year be better this year and let your Next year be better than today. Keep making progress and you will find out that there is no need for worry. We all have different destinies and purposes in life. Develop your self, read, practice, keep doing it and soon you will succeed.
3. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THE FUTURE : About 99.9% of the things that you worry about don't happen. Yeah that's true. You have worried about not having food to eat, but you have not gone hungry to the point of death. You have worried over bills but you have never been jailed for not meeting up,. Some how things just work out fine. Philippians 4:6. "Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your request be made known unto God". BE CAREFUL FOR NOTHING - this shows that most worries are not always a reality .
4.USE THE WORRY BOOSTER : most things you worry about don't happen. Use this booster. (i) Clearly define what you are worried about. Problem identified is half solved. (ii) Ask your self for the worst possible outcome. Brian Tracy calls this -filling out the disasters report. (iii) Resolve to accept and handle the worst outcome incase it occurs. (iv) Begin immediately to work at it to ensure the worst possible outcome doesn't occur.
When you apply this you will find out that your worries are over. You will find out that your situation is now in your control. The more in control you are over your situation the more happier you would become. The more happier you are the more confident and sense of personal pride you would have.

To a great extent, I have been one of the most influential people in my society and circle of friends. People value and respect my opinions. When ever I enter a commercial bus 🚌 , people who know me sometimes pay for my transportation bill with pleasure without my asking. I love and appreciate them. I thank God for that. I find means to reciprocate their love too. I am living a lovely life, right? Yeah! I love it. I give them my love in advance through my motivationals for free and in return the reciprocate by sometimes seeking for ways to be of help to me. Yes that is what a life of influence brings. My life wasn't like that before UNTIL I LEARNT WHAT I AM ABOUT TO SHARE WITH YOU RIGHT NOW!
Take note of this: LUKE 6:38 "Give and it shall be given unto you, good measure, pressed down, shaking together and running over shall men give unto your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you AGAIN! (KJv) . This drives home my point. When you love people, the will double it back to you! When you care about people, they will double it back to you.
HERE ARE THE "HOW" TO MAKE PEOPLE FEEL IMPORTANT TO BECOME INFLUENTIAL.
1. SMILE : I have learned that smiling is the best way to win the heart of people in public speaking. Smiling is a powerful gift to people yet very cheap. It's one of my techniques in speaking to audience. The same can be applicable to interactions with people. Genuine smile towards people while they are with you is very powerful. It's a way you can make that person feel important. When ever I was invited to speak in conferences, seminars, I smile at the audience and they give me the acceptance into their hearts by smiling back. That is the best moment for influence through motivational speech on my topic.
Smile at people. It's a good therapy to sadness and a multiplier to love.
2. APPRECIATION: Appreciate the effort of your spouse, children, staff, friends older men and women in your life. Find a reason to appreciate your customers if you are in sales. Find a reason to appreciate your boss, teacher mentor and important people to you. When you do these things you have made them feel honored and they will give it back to you in double folds.
3.GIVE COMPLEMENTS: sincerely tell people how good they look, dress, behave,talk and carry out there office duties. Ladies takes a lot of time to look good in the from of the mirror, do appreciate their beauty, if not for anything else, at least for the time that they have put in to look pleasant. For the men, appreciate their cars, beautiful houses ,and their little and Big accomplishments. Men have put in their creative minds to create the wealth or the little achievements that you see today. Make people feel good and important! Abraham Lincoln said, Everyone likes complements!
4.GIVE PEOPLE FULL ATTENTION : When people are around you to discuss issues with you, give them your full attention. Suspend browsing with your laptop, phone, or reading news paper or magazine give him/her your attention. When you do, you have sent them a signal that you value them and their opinions. The more valuable they feel the more they will give it back to you in double!
One of my mentors ,BRIAN TRACY taught me that, PEOPLE FEEL VALUABLE AND IMPORTANT TO THE DEGREE TO WHICH THEY ARE LISTENED TO AND RESPECTED.

4.GIVE PEOPLE FULL ATTENTION : When people are around you to discuss issues with you, give them your full attention. Suspend browsing with your laptop, phone, or reading news paper or magazine give him/her your attention. When you do, you have sent them a signal that you value them and their opinions. The more valuable they feel the more they will give it back to you in double!

Branding your business and career is as important as the business it self. Branding your business means giving your business an identity. One of the world most popular drink called, Coca-Cola has built a brand that has stood the test of time. Many businesses has failed due to lack of identity. I will say this without hesitation that "Any business WITHOUT IDENTITY CAN NOT BE IDENTIFIED! " when you can not be identified you will not be well patronized.
I am here to share with you the rules in creating a business brand that will stand the test of time.
it's important that you understand what branding means.
WHAT IS BRANDING?
Branding is the promise that you made and have been known for keeping to it by the people you made it to. It's the promise you have made to your customers and stoked with it. Coca-Cola company that we know today has retained the taste of their drinks for many decades now. That is called branding for example.
HERE ARE WAYS IN BRANDING YOUR BUSINESS.
1. A BRAND BEGINS WITH YOUR VALUES: your personal values determines your branding. Ask your self what you and your business is ready to stand for and known for. When you clearly answer that, that can be your business branding.
2.Branding is also known as your business "integrity "
INTEGRITY MEANS COMMITMENT TO CARRY OUT A PROMISE NO MATTER WHAT?
HERE ARE RULES FOR BRANDING
1. SPECIALIZATION: Focus on the particular value you have been known for or that you would like to be known. Even when you are handling many businesses let your value be the same. For example. I am an artist, a writer, a motivational speaker in conferences and seminar, you will find one thing as my value which is " giving EXCELLENCE " I teach about excellence. Not that I don't have other values but one of the values is my priority.
2. LEADERSHIP : leadership means TO BE AT THE LEAD. in building a brand, strive to become the most knowledgeable, competent and valuable person in your field.
3. PERSONALITY: your business branding must be built around your personality for its effectiveness. However if your personality is not satisfactory to you enough build a better one so that your branding would flows naturally from you to the world.
4. DISTINCTIVENESS : in delivering your service to your customers should be unique from your competitors. If you are the same with your competitors, then there would be no reason for them to make you their choice . Build your uniqueness. I have maintained my uniqueness in all my drawings and paintings in my services to my customers. I have given them a reason to make me their choice.
5. VISIBILITY : make your business visible and accessible. So many wonderful businesses are in hiding places. Make your business public. Advertise it and let people know that you are into the business that they need. People can't buy from a non existing business, it's the visible ones that they patronize.
6. YOUR BEHAVIORS: Your behavior in your personal and business life should consistently match. The greatest brand claim is when your customers says that YOUR PERSONALITY IS THE SAME AS YOUR BUSINESS BRANDING.
7. CONSISTENCY: Stick to what you have decided that your business should be. Avoid following the trends . They are your brands distractions . It takes courage to come up with a brand and it requires consistency to get it established.
8. GOOD INTENTIONS : when your customers perceive your business to have their interest at heart they would cherish your products and services .
