            IN YOUR EVERYDAY BUSINESS  

There are so many businesses ,careers, the use of talent and skills, investment opportunities that have all failed due to lack of  character. No matter how skillful, industrious an individual is, without character, he/she will achieve little or no success in business. Regrettably many pay more attention to business and career development without character development.
What is character?
 Character, according to English dictionary means, a distinguishing feature, a complex of mental ethical trait, marking a person or group. 

   Character is the most essential factor for any good success. The person you are today, your innermost character,is sum total of your choices and decisions in life up to this moment. Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote, "what you do speaks so loudly that I cannot hear a word that you say.
When I say character I also mean a person of integrity in this context.  Integrity makes you responsible and reliable by people around you .
Here are ways for character development.
     1. It is learnable.  The good news is that character can be developed with time.
Proverbs 11:3 says "the integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity.
