 ELIMINATE WORRY  FOR THINKING  
                               
 The biggest poison to the human mind is worry. Many people mistake worrying for thinking.  Though the words seem alike they are far different from each other. Worrying is destructive while thinking is constructive. Worrying leads to depression while thinking leads to cerebration.
Many people who worry today never had the intention to go into it.  They just found themselves entangled with worry.  They thought themselves into it until the sank into depression.
Any body can become a victim of worry.  The clerk and the clergy worry, the university professor and the year one student worry. The young and the old worry. The beauty and the beast worry.
The famous and the feeble worry.

WHAT IS WORRY?  Worry means feeling of deep anxiety towards the past experiences, present or unseen future .
WHAT IS THINKING? Thinking is a logical,creative and systematic approach to situations so as to arrive at a desired result.

Nobody can achieve anything in life by worrying,. Never!  But creative and inspirational thought creates success.

HERE ARE THE WAYS TO ELIMINATE WORRY AND RECONDITION YOUR MIND FOR THINKING.

1. LEARN TO LET GO: if you have disappointed ones trust, failed in your expected results, missed an important opportunity or loose an investment gain please forgive yourself self and let it go.  You have many opportunities ahead of you. Let your past be your past indeed because you can't change your past.  Be the best friend to your self, smile and laugh at your mistakes and praise your self for giving it a try in the first place. Millions of people wouldn't have the courage to try what you did.  If you were embarrassed, insulted disappointed or betrayed forgive the people involved and the causes. Let it go.  You are bigger than your past. Life is too short to waste time dwelling in the past!
 As an artist that I am,  worry is a threat to my creative mind. I hardly make any good drawing and painting in distress. What I do every day is to forgive myself for my mistakes and forgive others for their dispositions towards me . I would let them go.  When ever I do this my creative mind becomes vitalised.
It works, try it.  It will work for you.

2. DO NOT COMPARE YOU LEVEL OF SUCCESS TO OTHERS:
some times in life when you see your age mates with luxury houses, cars, amenities etc. You feel intimidated.  You don't need to be intimidated .  The person is not you and you are not him/her. You are you.  The best form of comparison is self. Compare yourself with who you were last year be better this year and let your Next year be better than today.  Keep making progress and you will find out that there is no need for worry.  We all have different destinies and purposes in life.  Develop your self, read, practice, keep doing it and soon you will succeed.

3. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THE FUTURE : About 99.9% of the things that you worry about don't happen. Yeah that's true. You have worried about not having food to eat, but you have not gone hungry to the point of death.  You have worried over bills but you have never been jailed for not meeting up,.  Some how things just work out fine. Philippians 4:6. "Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your request be made known unto God". BE CAREFUL FOR NOTHING - this shows that most worries are not always a reality .

4.USE THE WORRY BOOSTER : most things you worry about don't happen.  Use this booster. (i) Clearly define what you are worried about. Problem identified is half solved. (ii) Ask your self for the worst possible outcome.  Brian Tracy calls this -filling out the disasters report.  (iii) Resolve to accept and handle the worst outcome incase it occurs. (iv) Begin immediately to work at it to ensure the worst possible outcome doesn't occur.
When you apply this you will find out that your worries are over. You will find out that your situation is now in your control.  The more in control you are over your situation the more happier you would become.  The more happier you are the more confident and sense of personal pride you would have.
This is the best moment to live happily in the history of human existence.  Resolve today to live your entire life happily and eliminate worrying.
