     The success of your business organization is dependent on the kind of staff you employ.  So many companies who started off well are now in extinction due to poor choice in chosing their staff. No matter how good your products and services are  if your staff are not carefully selected your company will suffer a lot of loss.
     Here are the creative ways to select your staff rightly for your  business growth.
 1. Do not over staff your business.  The worst thing to do is to employ staff that you don't need.  Know if your business needs staff and also know the number of them needed. It's better to need them and employ them than employ them and not need them.
 2. Screen your staff properly before you employ them.  Get professionals who can conduct the screening for you. Make sure the people you are employing know the goals and objective of your business.  Know if they know when the business started, why it was established, where the business wants to be in the future.
 3. Give your staff a clear direction and explanation on their expected results in their respective departments. Continue trainings for all your staff. Show your trust in dealing with your staff.
 4. Tell your staff your personal likes and dislikes in working with them. You don't need to get angry with them over something you have not corrected or warnned against. Some of them may not know your value system and life style.
 5. Regularly appreciate your staff with gifts and complements.  This act motivates them to get more jobs done. Avoid public rebuke or correction to your staff except in the worst scenario that you corrected countless times without any result and you intended to use him or her as example for others to learn.
 6. Make your staff work as a team. Encourage and Create love and unity among your staff. When your staff are in disunity it's your business organization it is your  business that will bear the loss.  In other to avoid that encourage unity among them.
 7. Have a weekly meeting with your staff and make room for their suggestion for improvement.
 8. Don't hire those you can not fire if they can not perform well in their required tasks. It is dangerous to do business with emotions and sentiments .
9. Put the right staff in their right place of assignments.
 10. Be valuable to your staff by showing your staff love and care.  Your staff are human beings too who need love and respect too.  Show them that you care about them.
 11. Before you employ any staff, consider loyalty and faithfulness firstly  before talent and experience. Faithful staff can be trained to become skillful but talented one may be difficult to be trained to be faithful.
 12. Pay good salary to your staff. Don't employ people your company can not afford to pay. Don't pay salary below your country's minimum wage.  Pay their salaries in time. Give gifts to the high performers, it will encourage others to work harder too. In paying your staff salary, the total money to be spent must not be more than 30% of the company's income.
